Whole body cryo session involves stripping down to your skivvies and spending three minutes in a cryo chamber that’s chilled to -190 °C. WELLCOME TO CRYO BODY SESSION
1. We provide you with thermal gloves and socks, cryo shoes, and a robe. No metal is allowed in the chamber.
2. The operator raises the bottom of the cryo chamber by aligning the customer’s shoulders with the top of the chamber. The neck and head remain outside the chamber.
3. The cryo chamber is filled with a frozen mixture of air and nitrogen vapor.
4. The complete absence of moisture in the air mixture makes the session much more gentle compared to an ice bath. In the chamber, slowly move to the left or right constantly.
5. The Cryo Body session lasts from 1 to 3 minutes in the constant presence of the operator.
6. The session ends when the cryo chamber is lowered and the customer can leave the chamber.
The following conditions are contraindications to whole body cryo session:
• Untreated hypertension
• Decompensating disease of the cardio vascular and respiratory system
• Heart attack in the previous 6 months
• Unstable angina pectoris
• Cold and allergenic phenomenon-known allergy to cold contactants
• Children (<10 years old)
